First Payment: 35-40% advance is to be paid during the five (5) business days after the contract is signed.
Second Payment: Remaining 35% is to be paid within five (5) business days of the completion of the basic development work.
Third Payment: Remaining 30% is to be paid within five (5) business days of the completion of PHASE-I.
