I
am an independent contractor who has successfully transitioned from a position in the Government to working for a
“major internet search provider“.
I learned most of my skills when working for the government. What I did not learn there was surely enhanced. Here is a small sampling of some of my works:developing/generating reports of all types; designed contract forms; performed cost analysis on budgets; maintained Inventory database of 1,000s of potential providers; wrote/designed/typed RFP for potiential provider completion; generated policies; developed tracking system for the Federal Individual Training Account system; and generated the necessary spreadsheets and reports, while evaluating performance, needed for funding decisions.
Most recently, I have performed web search evaluation, measured search result data relevance, and have taken part in multiple annotation projects (crowd sourcing).
I am always eager to take on a new project. If I learn a new skill along the way it is truly a bonus. No matter how big or small the task, every part of a project is important. That is why I go above and beyond for any task that I am putting my name on.
