The turn-around time is based upon the time the request has been initiated. If the request is made in a timely manner, for example, the project is due 2-4 days from Monday, or on the date the request is known by the initiator, then the standard rate of payment applies. The project will be completed before the required date prescribed (depending upon the complexity and scope of the project). But, always before the project is due.
Consequently, if one request that the work be performed on a Monday, and the project is due Monday night or Tuesday morning, it should be expected that the fee will increased by an additional $2.50 per hour. Otherwise, timely requests will be fulfilled at the agreed upon date and time established by the client. A general discussion to determine the proper understanding of the request is necessary, and contact information is required where applicable.
