Work Terms

I accept payment via the Guru Safepay system. I will invoice based on your company payroll policy/procedure. Other payment terms are accepted, after a history of working together has been established (generally 2-3 months).
Guru feedback is provided for all completed transactions. Generally within 1-2 business days of receiving payment on an invoice. The only request I have is that if you have an issue with a project I have completed - to please contact me to rectify, prior to leaving feedback on the system.
I am located in Michigan (eastern standard time). I generally work typical business hours; Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Off time and/or weekend work may be accepted on an as needed basis and/or for special projects. Certain projects and/or communication, etc. may be completed or worked on at other times (aka evenings/weekends, etc.), to be sure the job gets done.
I work out of my home office and all communication is handled via phone, fax, email, etc. Phone calls and emails are returned within 1-2 business hours.
