Work Terms

WORK ENVIRONMENT
I run a virtual business in which it allows me to work virtually from home. In my home office, I have a up to date computer, running Windows Vista with 2GB of RAM. I have copy, scanning, faxing and shredding capabilities and high speed Internet access with 2 Internet providers (one is used as a back up if the other one goes offline). I have a business landline, with no feature except unlimited long distance. I also have 2 headsets (usb and radio style).
Additional I have 4 additional Virtual Assistants who work as part of my support team.
COMMUNICATION METHODS
My preferred communication method is via IM (instant messaging); however, I know that there are times in which speaking over the phone would be better. Email is a good communication, however it can be a slow process, especially when instant feedback is needed.
AVAILABILITY
My business hours are Monday-Friday, 6am to 6pm, CST. However, we do work on Saturdays when special projects call for the need to. All consultations need to be scheduled ahead of time.
