This freelancer fully lives up to his claims, has both excellent database skills and great experience in MS Access. Despite my limited initial specifications in this projects, he was able to foresee my wishes and understand my requests which I unraveled through the project as I gained better understanding of possibilities.

Although he is located in USA, he understood well the European requirements regarding localization (currency, date and time) as well as both taking initiative towards translation and local Icelandic quirks.

He was very responsive in communications, polite yet firm when he felt certain changes would improve the project, and had initiative towards making the product better than originally requested. 

He delivered ahead of deadline, and would have even sooner if I had been more specific regarding details earlier on.

All in all a great freelancer to work with. Show less

Comments To Employer: For me, this was the best of both worlds -- a challenging project, but not a challenging employer.  I gained much insight into European formatting vs. USA formatting, which widened my skill set for future proposals.  Jonas was a very relaxed, patient, and generous employer.
