Work Terms

InfoCore provides flexibility in all aspects of its work.

For well defined projects, we normally provide a guaranteed flat fee since we assume the responsibility for accurately projecting the time and effort involved. However, various options for hourly billing are also available.

In many cases, there is a general project concept but the details have not been well defined. In these instances, we offer a Project Design Package that includes a full requirements analysis and development of a Scope of Work document, along with our estimate for completing the work. The client can then decide whether to proceed with the project and, if so, solicit bids from multiple vendors As part of the package, we offer a Project Management Option under which InfoCore provides support in vendor selection, contracting and project management (InfoCore would not submit a competing bid) The Project Design Package provides a perfect way to accomplish the necessary analysis and design work, and obtain competing bids on a standard set of requirements without making an up-front financial commitment to the entire project, In addition, the cost of the Project Design Package is largely recouped in lower bids for project completion.

We can work on-site or remotely through web-based meetings and connection to your system, We also provide training and initial support as part of our project work and offer flexible options for ongoing support.
