Developed MICROSOFT ACCESS 2002 Databases for the Finance department at this facility with front end and back end capabilities that required detailed and complicated queries, macros, forms, reports and switchboards.
· Position involved detailed documentation and the importing and exporting of large Excel and text files and manipulation of database for reporting purposes.
· Also involved in the exporting and importing of data to Oracle.
· Performed ad hoc queries on the fly with special attention to intensive calculations for generation of reports and presentations for regional and corporate facilities.
· Produced detailed training manuals of day-to-day operations in the performance of the constructed databases as well as the functionality of the database security, coded macros and query development.
· Performed user interface design analysis with corporate and regional management and users gathering requirements and specifications of new database development and current database modifications.
• Project Manager/Analyst/Developer for several projects while developing a multi-user Excel workbook which included the creation of detailed macros, user friendly forms for data manipulation, data mapping and linking of fields in various worksheets, nested “IF” statements and intense calculations via VBA coding.
