It was Yuriy who founded HireRussians back in 1998 when it was first a Russian Division of an American company IWC, which created Interactive Web Concepts. Later the company became an official contractor of 3COM Corporation, gradually grew and matured and turned to Key-Soft Ltd and later HireRussians.
Yuriy is one of the first five developers, who has always inspired the team. He has been leading the company’s minds through all turbulent and peaceful times, including the dot-com crash and further revival of an even stronger and independent player on the market of outsourcing.
HireRussians extended the sphere of its interests under Yuriy's watchful supervision, and now counts 100+ employees and over 800 successfully completed projects for small and medium sized businesses all over the world. Yuriy personally visits some of the company's main clients, has close relations with many of them and makes sure the communication and interaction in the business processes are effective. He manages to find time for all the parties – customers, managers, developers, and is a real heart and soul of the team. Even newbies can answer the question, “Who is Mr. Bannov?” He is not just a big boss unavailable for ordinary employees. Instead, he is a regular participant of all the team's endeavors, business and entertainment events. |

Valery Makarenko started working in the company when its development team consisted of six people only. So he can be proudly called a Sibers veteran. During his work at the company, he passed all levels of developer's expertise, from Junior Developer to Team Leader. He became PHP Team Leader due to his experience and skills in PHP development. At present, besides organizing development process, he trains Junior Developers in his team to become real guru developers with skills and knowledge enabling them to grow in professional sense. Besides his direct duties, he takes active position in our corporate life. His love of photography made him an irreplaceable company's photographer, who takes pictures of all events happening within Sibers and whose photos you can see in our blog and our corporate photoalbums.

Sergey Parfenenok is a scientist and developer. Before joining HireRussians in the end of 2004 he worked for a research company integrating his scientific background with software development work. At the same time he published several scientific papers and participated in scientific conferences. In HireRussians he continues to successfully use his skills in both these fields. In two years of working for HireRussians he has become the Unix Development Team Leader.

Igor's career began, as it often happens in programming, with PHP. He supported a corporate site and improved its functionality, but soon it seemed a bit boring to him and the search for something more inspiring began. His first engagement with mobile technologies started with writing in Java 2me, went on to the Symbian platform and then to Windows Mobile. His first program for iPhone was among the first iPhone projects and anticipated the release of the official SDK. The Mobile department of that company survived in the rough waves of the market and was first adopted by iCubicles and a bit later by Sibers. Naturally, Igor became the recognized team leader and continued his career at Sibers.

Mikhail Rusaleev

Mikhail came to HireRussians in 2004 and became one of the first QA engineers here. He is a good example of our employees who combine working for the company and taking an interest in scientific studies – in his case studying mathematical logic at post graduate level. In 2006 Mikhail became a senior QA engineer due to his experience gained from HireRussians projects. Besides testing various projects he also supervises junior QA engineers helping them to improve their skills in software testing. In spring 2007 Mikhail became the QA Team Leader and now strives to apply more standardized testing methods to the work of his QA Team.
