Work Terms

I prefer to do most of the work off-site, though I am willing to make on-site visits for meetings, installation, training, etc. With a CPA background and 25 years of experience, I understand the need for confidentiality with sensitive data. I know a good project is one that the customer is delighted to pay good money to get done, because the benefits far outweigh the cost. I do excellent work and expect to be paid in a timely manner. I never charge for my own "learning curve" when it comes to learning to use the tools, but that doesn't mean time spent "discovering" the true application requirements won't be charged. I like to work quickly and deliver promptly, and expect to be paid in a timely manner. I don't like to waste time quibbling over details and prefer to adjust my time downward (i.e., write off disputed charges) than risk dissatisfaction.
