Work Terms

Payment
We primarily work on a fixed-cost per-project basis providing you the assurance of the total project cost upfront. Depending on the individual project, we can also accommodate other fee arrangements. Based upon the project cost, payment in installments may be needed. We process all invoices through Guru.com's escrow service.
Communication
Our preferred mode of communication is Guru.com's Private DB and email. Once the initial communication is established, we can also be reached through our direct email, phone, and fax.
Office Hours
Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 5:00pm PST.
Available at other hours and weekends through appointment.
