Work Terms

I work closely with the client in order to fulfill each and every need they may have. All of my work comes with a complete satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy, I’ll keep revising my work until you’re satisfied or offer you a complete refund.
We do both hourly and fixed cost projects.

Communication: Via client preferred route, at employers convenience.
Work Procedure:
You would first award the project to us on guru.

Once the project is awarded we would then send you a project agreement, basically a Statement of Work (SOW) that fully describes the goal and job expectations for the project as well as the pricing.

Once you agree on the goal and expectations based on the SOW, you need to sign the SOW and fax it back to us before we can start any work.

We will immediately begin working on your project and will coordinate with you on a daily bases to ensure the successful implementation.

Development Phases:
My development process contains 3 phase...
Pseudo / Alpha version,
Beta Version.
Release/Production version.

Payment schedules:
Down payment - 50% up front
25% upon Beta completion - Development is completed prior release candidate to the client site.
25% upon Release Version - This is the final payment within 2 days after project completion and release to customer side.

Transactions through SafePay (by Check, E-check, or Wire Transfer) or SafePay Escrow preferred to ensure both parties’ protection and satisfaction should disputes arise.
