Work Terms

Payment Method: For your safety and ours all payments for work will be through Guru's SafePay Escrow.

Payment Terms: We offer two options for your project. Based on your project type we offer work on an hourly rate, or as a fixed budget.

Hourly Rate Project: Hourly rate will be billed at the agreed upon amount for each of the agreed upon increments. For hourly projects no payment is due up front. We will provide you with an initial bid outlining the work schedule (unless otherwise stated in our agreement) and cost per hour. While we will do our best to provide you with the lowest cost bid we are always open to working with you to come to a cost that fits both of our needs.
Fixed Budget Project: For fixed budget projects we will do our best to estimate the bid to get you the lowest possible price. The initial bid proposal will outline our work schedule, major and minor milestones, communication touchpoints, and overall cost of the project.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee: For both types of projects above we will deliver what we promised, any documentation pertaining to the project, and of course a defect free product. We promise to communicate when we say we will, meet all of the milestones, and provide ongoing support free for 1 year after the project.
