Communications:

Regular communications are essential to project success and are therefore required. While email serves well, especially in communicating specific and technical information, voice communications are also necessary and should be frequent. Also of real value are web-based collaboration tools such as Google docs and Mikogo screen sharing.

Availability:

I am generally available during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Other hours may be scheduled. Unscheduled, emergency support is charged at a premium rate.

Travel:

Local travel is acceptable. Client is responsible for all travel and lodging expenses including time (usually at a reduced rate) outside the local area.
