Payment mode: We follow guru's escrow process and raise invoices thru guru.
Payment terms: We work with clients to define delivery milestones and associate payment with that. Our broad payment terms are:
Retainer: 30%
Milestone based payments: 50%
Final delivery and project approval: 20%
Arbitration: We make our best attempt to work closely with clients to match their expectations. Should there be any project issue, we follow guru's arbitration process.
Project communication: We believe, communication is essence to the success of projects. We follow various means of communication as:
