I'm easy to work with. Unless you're an unethical organization we'll get along just fine.

* I don't mind on most projects looking at payment upon completion, so you know what you've got in-hand before you write the metaphorical (or literal, I suppose) check. For those larger products we can work out payment schedules that make sense.

* I work crazy hours (when you love what you do it's pretty easy to do), so if you toss me a small project late in the afternoon it's entirely possible you walk into the office in the morning and find the completed solution (or some clarifications) sitting in your e-mail waiting for you.

* I am highly available, especially by e-mail, but also carry my phone with me pretty much everywhere I go. Ergo, I'm rarely lost to the world (for better or worse).

* I program not with the end of the project in mind, but with potential solutions in mind. Practical implication: future enhancements are typically less intensive (and require less investment) than they would otherwise, and often times we can find ways to enhance the original request up-front and provide additional value right off the bat.

* If you just have a small project already scoped that you need done quickly, I can do that too.
