Option Matrix has the expertise to build applications ranging from traditional client/server to enterprise scale, n-tier web-based applications with .NET technologies on the Windows platform.
We are a team of 36 employees and focus on Microsoft and open source technologies. Hence our solution will use either ASP.net 3.5 with MS SQL Server on Windows server or PHP 5 with MYSQL 5 on Linux server. It will be a custom solution and there will be extra emphasis on durability, scalability and high security.
Our process is based on incremental and iterative methodology aligned with Rational Unified Process. It is mandatory in our company to follow each step and the next step is initiated only after the QA Manager approves the previous step. Option Matrix gives prime importance to daily project reports and we are available on SKYPE, MSN or Yahoo or Phone for better communication. |

Option Matrix charges USD 1800-2000 per month for .Net programmers. This includes the effort required for quality assurance, solution architecture design and client coordination.
There is a design phase in which a half time Project Manager and 1-3 Full Time Engineers are allocated. The design phase generally requires about 1 month. The cost of the design phase is typically USD 2000-3000. We insist on freezing scope, screens, logic and design sign-off. In the implementation phase there are likely to be 2-8 programmers allocated for 2-6 months and they bill @ USD 1800 per month. In this phase, the deliverables for each month are frozen at beginning of month and the monthly billing is done at end of month. The Project Manager plays a critical role in managing the expectations of the client at realistic levels every month and the company tries its best to deliver what is originally promised to the client when the project is awarded.
We never work without a token advance when the project is awarded. This advance is always USD 1200 and this is adjusted in next invoice. This payment is needed because just as we commit a team to do the work, the client must commit some token amount to indicate that they have done their diligence and selected us because the client believes we can deliver the project successfully.
