I have been a traditional on-site MS Access independent contractor and consultant for over 13 years. I have created, maintained and upgraded hundreds of databases in all MS Access versions. I am familier with Automation of outside programs such as Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer and have created programs that push the limit of MS Access's abilities.
The Access databases I have created have been used by custom software firms, Fortune 500 companies and small businesses alike. Some of the larger programs I have created include Aircraft Repair Planning, Property Rental, Human Resources Merit Compensation, Employee Benefits Planning And Tracking, and Document Management. I have lead teams of programmers and have repeatedly completed the software lifecycle. I follow proper programming conventions, techniques and commenting for easy understanding and updating of code in the future. Close attention is also paid to code and sql queries for speed and memory optimization.
