Work Terms

PAYMENT METHOD: Only accept payment via wire transfer, E-Check (safepay), or Paypal. Only accept employers who agree to Escrow service. A consultation of 30 min is free. Will provide an upfront estimate for the total project cost, based on what we have negotiated. Expect 50% up front, and 50% at the end of the project. If you are not fully satisfied, will re-work the project for no additional cost.

COMMUNICATION: Prefer the initial consultation by phone, but email is fine. All other correspondence regarding changes to the project or anything will be clarified via email so we both have written documentation of the project specifications. I prefer to check in with each other at least once daily to ensure things are going in the right direction.

AVAILABILITY: I do most of my coding in the evening after 5:30pm. Emails, calls and coding, daytime M-Tu-Th-F 10am-1pm (Central Time) Sat & Sun 8am-6pm , by request , subject to availability.

FEEDBACK/ENDORSEMENT: Feedback and endorsement is always appreciated. I would ask for honest reports on my work once the project is completed to satisfaction. In return I will provide an honest report of how it was to work with you!

CODE OF ETHICS/GUARANTEE POLICY: A full scope of work to be outlined and agreed upon before the start of a project. Employer will maintain regular, daily contact, (unless otherwise specified in the contract). Will provide a full estimated total project cost before the beginning of each project. Change orders extra.
