General Availability:
While I cannot realistically be available 24/7/365, the spirit of my availability is just that. As such, I am nearly always available to clients via email or phone on an as needed basis.
Though the nature of most projects allows me to work remotely and thereby offer significant savings to clients, I am also available to travel on site when necessitated by the project at hand. I know that more complex projects sometimes demand domain knowledge that can only be obtained on site.
Payment Terms:
I am comfortable with several different formats of payment terms: 1) retainer only, 2) deposit / success fee, and 3) deposit / retainer / success fee. The format we select will usually be dictated by the project at hand.
In terms of Guru.com's payment setup, I prefer to use the SafePay Escrow service to facilitate one of the above payment arrangements.
