Complete overhaul of Compliance and Forms system, This system also uses a file native on the client machine. This file needs to be used off network. So I created a network check at stasrtup. If the network exists , proceed , else work around the screens that call for network related files. This allows the field technicians to go out to the field and create forms without thier machines boggoing down looking for related files
