GENERAL WORKING AGREEMENT: As a condition of our working agreement, the CLIENT acknowledges that the product or service in question is the design process, and that any choice on behalf of the CLIENT to not use or not implement the DESIGNER’S finished product does not free the CLIENT from the obligation to render payment for those services. Upon completion of services CLIENT will receive ownership of designed product(s) with the understanding that the DESIGNER maintains the right to use designs as promotional collateral in portfolio.
