Description:
This schematic was prepared for a client, and amplifies geophone output (used to sense ground vibrations, typically in the geo-petroleum industries) at very low frequencies and then translating the lower frequencies to the audible range for easier human analysis.
The method I employed was an innovative audio sideband modulation technique using a low frequency audio "carrier".
The circuit was constructed as a prototype, and was very functional.
