Work Terms

Project Overview and Execution:

For every project, we submit a proposal. After discussion with the client, we agree upon and define the project's scope, budget, and milestones with a clear project agreement (PA) and our Master Service Agreement (MSA) that outlines our terms and conditions.
We can sign any NDA and other confidentiality agreements. The PA will outline the work to be completed with milestones, deliverables, and the payment process.

Availability & Communication: Via telephone or email. All calls and messages are returned within 24 hours. Please contact Elf Productions for more information about how we may best assist you and accommodate your needs. We reserve the right to select and accept projects. Thanks.

Payment Terms:
Safepay Escrow for first time clients; and invoicing afterwards.

Short term projects are usually initiated with a 50% deposit upon commencing the project and 50% upon completion. First payment is non-refundable. Projects of a larger scope > $10,000 require a 20% down payment and payment at regular, defined intervals of completion. Longer-term projects (Manuscripts and Screenplays) require a 20% deposit and are billed on a monthly payment plan.
