I’m Jen and I use the wonders of the web to help people communicate. I have a master’s degree in New Media Studies from DePaul University in Chicago and, with that, a host of tools and skills that I want to put to work to help people realize the potential that digital technology has to foster community, innovation, creativity, and growth. I use principles of design, marketing, communication, research, business, and writing to build relationships in the digital environment.

Because my parents were big advocates of “go play outside and eat worms” when I was little, I do enjoy life outside the box. I'm a runner, yogi, hiker, skier, lazy-river relaxer, cheese connoisseur, and music festival aficionado. I have also volunteered at local art galleries in Cleveland and an urban farm in Chicago.

Work Terms

Payment Method:
I will only work with Employers who agree to use SafePay Escrow. I accept payment by Check, E-check, or Wire Transfer Funds through that service

Communication:
I am available via phone or email for initial contact. I encourage using skype when appropriate so that my clients and I can both have a virtual "face-to-face" introduction as well. I am constantly checking my email and am very good about quick responses.

General Availability:
I am available almost anytime aside from the middle of the night. I try to keep regular 9-5 hours but often work into the evening and on the weekends so am very flexible with deadlines and the availability of my clients.
