Mr. McGeehan is particularly knowledgeable regarding the policing and enforcement of intellectual property rights on the Internet, where his experience includes litigation, domain name arbitrations, and administrative enforcement of third-party acceptable use policies.

Work Terms
|
I prefer to work on a negotiated flat fee basis and only work on an hourly basis for particularly complex matters.
Please note that if your project involves government charges (such as a patent, trademark or copyright application filing fees) or payments to third parties (like a patent draftsman), these fees must be paid in advance since I do not advance fees that are payable to third parties.
Where possible, I will try to provide samples of my work. However, certain types of work (i.e. opinions) are typically protected by attorney-client privilege, making it difficult for me to produce proof that I have experience in this area.
