Work Terms
|
Payment: It is preferred that a third party is used to assure payment is rendered for services provided such as Paypal or through Guru. Unless otherwise negotiated, monetary compensation is expected. Should there be a premature termination of an agreed contract by the client, the client will comply with providing a kill fee of 50% of the total agreed amount of monetary consideration before the final image has been started, and 75% of the total agreed amount of monetary consideration will be expected after the final image has been started.
Communication: For initial inquiries and pitching, email is the only way to contact me. When mutual agreement is achieved on the contract, phone numbers will be exchanged for those that feel more comfortable giving and receiving feedback during the course of the project.
Code of Ethics/Guarantee Policy: To the best of my ability I will not compromise the integrity and confidentiality of the contractual details of our relations and will not knowingly use or create derivative works without written permission of its source that trespass the ownership of another party's intellectual property. It is a guarantee that I will fulfill my services by the agreed deadline in the agreed initial contract or your money back.
Miscellaneous: It is known and agreed between the client and myself, unless otherwise negotiated, ownership of the images I make belong to me. North American Rights apply unless otherwise noted.
