Work Terms
|
The terms set forth are the practices that guarantee quality and professionalism of both client and designer. If there are any questions about these terms or their flexibility please contact Matt Baugh through this site or by the email provided on this site.
The minimum amount to be received for any project is $100.00
Half of the agreed total price for the project shall be paid up front before production starts, unless both the client and designer agree upon the "paid for deliverables" method.
Any emails received will be read from 8am to 9am EST
Lucid Works will be available by phone from 9am to 10am EST
Maximum 3 phone contacts per client per work week.
Lucid works Studio reserves the right to use any part of the project, complete or incomplete, in any medium for the purpose of advertising, discussing, or promoting the designer, or Lucid Works Studio
Production is typically completed three weeks after the acquisition of all necessary reference material from the client. (based on the average $250.00 project)
At no time should these terms take pressidence over guru.com's policies or terms of service.
