Payment Terms:

For new clients, I prefer to be paid through SafePay Escrow. I will establish terms for D&B Rated companies who seek a longer term contract engagement. Form W-9 is available for these arrangements.

I prefer to communicate via email (rdhfinancialservices@gmail.com) or by phone (310.463.9943). Depending on the scope and duration of the project, the frequency of interaction can be mutually agreed upon.

Billing Practices:

To keep hourly rates as low as possible, please do not ask for overly-zealous review of your materials and/or extensive preliminary consulting sessions without expecting to be billed for this service.

I provide 30 minutes of preliminary review at " no charge." After the complimentary review period, I will bill for the additional time.

Miscellaneous Expenses:

Depending on the nature of the projects, any software, aside from Excel, Powerpoint, Word or QuickBooks Professional, will be purchased by the client in the client's name, and I will require access to any logins, passwords, or site license numbers required for use. Any other outside expenses will be discussed upon project commencement.
