Work Terms

For small projects, I can generally accomodate you with immediate turn-around. Longer projects will begin with a meeting, complete production schedule including built-in review periods, and strict deadlines for completion to which I will adhere. Meetings can be arranged via phone or internet conference, or in person within a reasonable commuting distance. Delivery of final materials, including all assets and authoring files, is contingent upon receipt of payment for services. Invoices are considered payable upon receipt, with a 5% late fee added after 30 days. I reserve the right to display finished work as part of my professional portfolio, unless our contract specifically forbids this, in which case a portfolio exemption fee will be added to the cost of the project. I'm happy to collaborate with as many employees as you require, but please designate a single person as primary contact who can receive materials and authorize work. I keep my equipment and software state-of-the-art, and prefer to perform work in my own office.
