1. Redo the project at no charge*, or
2. Credit* my fee toward another similar project or
3. Offer a substantially discounted price* on another larger project, or
4. I will not charge* you for the current project because it was rendered unusable by you, the client and you do not want me to fix it. (less outside expenses)
However, if you are completely satisfied, all I ask is for timely payment upon delivery and your endorsement on GURU and, of course, your future business.
Preferred payment method: If possible, please use GURU's SafePay method, which also pays the employer reward rebate dollars. If PayPal or Major Credit Card is used, I would ask for a modest increase to cover the extra fees.
