• Payment Method: Unless Defined in the Proposal
For jobs greater than $1000 all transactions should be made through SafePay Escrow which better ensures both parties’ protection and satisfaction should disputes arise. 25% is due upon acceptance of a proposal with the remaining 75% due upon completion of a proposal.
For jobs $1000 or less SafePay invoicing is acceptable. 50% is due upon acceptance of a proposal with the remaining 50% due upon completion of a proposal.
I only accept SafePay payment by Check, E-check, or Wire Transfer Funds. I am saved from the mandatory transaction fees attached to Credit Card and PayPal payments, and employers earn Loyalty Dollars.
• Communication:
I prefer to communicate with employers by e-mail. I review my email at least twice daily.
• General Availability:
As a freelancer who works from home I have certain times of day when I like to accomplish work and deal with clients. I have set aside weekends, a few hours on Friday, and either both Monday and Wednesday or both Tuesday and Thursday. If my schedule is a concern, please email me, I will give you my exact schedule for the next two weeks.
