Work Terms

Communication
Our Prototyping Methodology, which requires constant approval of
customer at each stage of the project, keep the customers in loop of
the development activities of the project. Besides this, at the end of
each week, a progress report is submitted to customer which contains a
day-by-day account of the progress that has been made. Any problems
that are encountered would also be communicated so that a joint
understanding can be developed. A meeting/ telephonic can also be
arranged between the client and the development team depending on the
requirement. It is assumed that the client will nominate a Project
Coordinator for all such communications.
Payment methods
25% on Assignment of the project
15% on Requirement analysis phase
20% on Release 1
20% on Release 2
20% on final delivery of the project
Warranty
We will provide a 06 weeks warranty for the solution developed. The warranty will cover fixing of Bugs and Errors.
Terms and Conditions
1. Invoices will be raised at end of each milestone. After the
receipt of such invoices from the Supplier, the Customer shall notify
supplier of their acceptance of the invoice and make payments within 7
business days.
2. This proposal is valid for acceptance for 30 days from the date of submission.
3. Time to start the project is 2 weeks from date of proposal
acceptance and 1 week from time of award of project and payment of
advance.
