your viewing at all times during the design process.
However web pages will not
be delivered until final payment is received in full.

3. Payments And Fees:
Fees to topsitemakers.com are due and payable with the following criteria:
- We use guru.com SafePay Invoice services.
- Unconditional 12% additional fee will be charged as guru.com SafePay commission fee.
- 50% down payment for all projects below $8000.
If we are going to work directly on clients server, upfront payment of the full amount is mandatory. This is not negotiable. We have exceptional reputation and 5 star feedbacks. We are Bank of America and Authorize.net verified merchants with absolute clean record.
