Show all We needed an entirely new website from scratch and Softweb Solutions gave us EXACTLY what we wanted. It took a bit longer than we expected, and we both had to stay diligent about communicating clearly. Our main complaint working with this company was that they did not stick to the promised deadline. However, if you spend the right amount of time outlining the project in the beginning you should be able to avoid this problem. We had different expectations about the scope of this project, and they ultimately delivered a perfect website once we understood the technical challanges of the work we were requesting.
In addition, the end result was FABULOUS. There was not a technical challange that they could not overcome, and they designed pages perfectly to match our mock-ups. The site works very well and there are no bugs that we can find. We will certainly retain their services for future improvements/changes to our site.
Finally, they have not abandoned us since the site is finished. They have been available and very helpful to answer all of our questions.
Bottom Line: I STRONGLY recommend working with them. Show less
