Payment Method:
We highly prefer payment methods made by Check, E-Check, Wire Transfer, or SafePay Account
Funds but all payment methods via Guru's services will be accepted. We will only work with Employers who agree to the Escrow service (especially when working with an Employer for the first time) though rare exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.
Larger projects may require a deposit or payment plan agreement to be disbursed upon designated milestones throughout the project length. Specific terms will be discussed at the time of negotiation.
Communication:
Preferred communication method is via email, however we are easily available via skype, chat and the phone. All methods of communication are encouraged throughout the day, though email is the most frequent use of communication. This is to assure a record of talking points, tasks and agreements for both parties. Please let us know the best way to communicate with you.
General Availability:
Our time zone is EST yet we do our best to make our staff and services available during our clients' business hours and availability throughout the globe. Extended business hours 8am-8pm EST is our prime time Mon-Fri, however we are also available during the weekends 10am-6pm. Nonetheless, we work with each client on a case by case basis and are often available to work and communicate with you at a time the suits both parties best. Make sure to let us know your availability and preferred schedule.
