I request that my clients use SafePay Escrow. This allows for mutual understanding of the work terms, payments to be received, and has a built-in mechanism should there be misunderstandings regarding terms, payments, etc.
Payment for services is required to be completed within 24 hours of the completed work being provided. I do all that I can to meet my client's deadlines, and it is greatly appreciated when they provide prompt payment in return.
I prefer that my communication with clients be via Guru Private Messaging. I am flexible regarding the frequency of communication, and I work with my clients to satisfy their requirement for information regarding the status of their projects/assignments. Using the Private Messaging service is beneficial as it provides a complete history of the flow of communication.
While positive feedback is always graciously received, should a client feel that my work has not met with their expectations, communication regarding this is appreciated prior to feedback being created. I am certainly willing to correct or reassess the work I have provided, so that my client receives the complete value they expect.
