I have focused on doing parts or whole projects alone, but during these years of my own programming work I have built my own team of 12 programmers in one house floor in Gdansk also (we have buyed 12 high costly Unity legal licenses inside company too). We have worked as a team together for a long time now! We can do all 'from scratch': sounds, color schemes, animations, 2D, 3D, augmented reality, images, buttons by any game or application with UNITY game engine for iPhone, iPad, Android, Flash, Mac OS and Windows OS.

If larger projects require more mans, I very easy add more people in every of my projects.
