Work Terms

I communicate via guru messages, phone, fax, e-mail. Hours: Mon-Fri 9 AM-6 PM EST I check my email several times daily. A half hour consultation is preferred after project acceptance. Any questions should be handled immediately!

Payment Schedule: All projects require 50% deposit upon project acceptance unless otherwise stated. Work begins following clearance of initial payment. The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion; for long projects, I like to be paid in bi-weekly increments.

Payment accepted through SafePay Escrow. Completed artwork is delivered to client when payment for services has cleared. Any revisions needed will be through a Change Order.

I require a signed Project Agreement; work contract between Freelancer and Employer; allows both parties to define a project's scope, timeline, deliverables, deadlines and payment terms and helps prevent disputes.

Unless otherwise stated within the Project Agreement, all artwork rights and original art created for named project remains with the artist; you can only use the artwork created for the project named in the Project Agreement. If the Employer wants to own the original artwork, a fee is added. Other usages require additional fees worked out between Employer and Freelancer.
