| Additional Skills: |
I have been training professionally since I was in the US Military from 1991 - 1999, then also at Intel Corporation from 2000-current.
At Intel, I worked in Intel Customer Support, developing technical training, writing technical web content for mass consumption, and developing white papers, spec updates, and installation guides.
As for writing? I was in honors English classes in high school, I was the editor of the high school literary magazine, I wrote extensively for my Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, and continued writing at Intel, where I am became the editor of a newsletter targeted at about 4500 supply chain personnel.
Making supply chain articles interesting? Yeah, that's tough. But I did it, and I did it well. I can make YOUR topics interesting, too, even if you think your topics are a bit dry. |

SafePay escrow is required. I will not accept jobs that do not use this feature that protects you and protects me.
Communication
I am almost always available by email, though I am perfectly happy to provide my business number, where I can be reached, though not as quickly as via email. That said, I do like to use the Guru.com tools in order to have written documentation of our communications.
Availability
I am generally available in the evenings (PST) on weeknights. I do work on the weekends but I prefer to work in "radio silence" so that I may concentrate without interruption.
