Work Terms

I have a number of clients across the United States and Canada so my availability varies.
I work on a 'first booked - first served' basis which means if you book me for a particular time (for a training course or consulting services), I will reserve that time for you and you will not be bumped due to another booking.
I am willing to travel across the United States and Canada so I can do courses at your sites. Clients have sent me to the United Kingdom, Japan and Germany to support their efforts.
Training courses are paid in advance. Consulting services are invoiced every two weeks with payment in 15 days. Payment can be via company check, SafePay or PayPal.
