My expertise lies in graphic design logo creation and presentation multimedia. I am accomplished in photshop and illustrator. Please see my posted video for look at what I do and how I do it. No project is too large or too small for my full and enthusiastic attention. The key to a good design is clear communication, so I like to talk for awhile on the telephone in order to have a clear understanding of a clients expectations and to get a feel for thier personality to I can better bring that out in the design. Good customer service is key for me, and no project is completed until you’re satisfied. I always offer post project support for any issues that may come up during printing. If your printer, embroiderer or sign maker has any issues with the project files I'm available for support.

I require 50% payment up front and %50 upon completion of the project.
I accept payment through guru.com's safepay system.
Generally I like to have a phone conversation at the beggining of a project to flesh out the details and to understand the expectations of the client. Most of the communication will be done through email however I always provide my phone number because sometimes, some things are just hard to explain in print.
I provide lots of drafts throughout a project. I like to have the client involved throughout the process. I also off unlimited revisions (unless otherwise specified) on my projects. "if your not happy, I'm not happy
