Work Terms

I only work on projects that inspire me. This guarantees success.My ideal conditions for a project are as follows. The client hires me based on my other projects. I listen to what the client wants and give them a preliminary sketch. They react and I listen to the client in how the preliminary sketch needs to change. I listen to their ideas and we discuss what they need. I then work on it more. I give them the next sketch. We talk more.A deposit is nice to get at this point but not critical. At this point I have what I need to finish the project from our discussions and my sketches. I then finish the project. I present the project to them when it is nearly finished.We discuss any more changes and I make the changes. I give them the final project. They love it. They love me. They are happy.They pay me. They are happy and so am I.

The sketches are a way for both of us to judge the quality of the project. I am a professional and sometimes projects need to go to another artist after a second sketch shows we are far apart. I have no problem with that.
