Work Terms

During the course of the project, all work that I do will be available for the client to view on my development server. The final product will not be delivered until I have been paid in full.

On most projects, I require 25% of the estimate to be paid up front. Depending on the size / scope of the project, there may be certain "milestones" built into the time line, where subsequent payments will be due.

Communication between myself and my clients is essential. Email, Phone (or Skype), and IM are all acceptable methods of communication. I require that my customers stay in contact with me during the duration of the project. This means no lapses in communication for weeks or months at a time! These instances GREATLY slow down projects and make them much more difficult!
