Designed a tool to align two optical paths to focus on the same CCD. Using seven stepper motors to rotate mirrors and move lenses with feed back to the operator we were able to reduce alingment time from 30 plus minutes to less than 3 minutes. The tool was so sucessful that it was replicated 5 times to be used on other production lines in both the US and Singapore.
