Work Terms

Our work terms are fairly standard for our industry.
An initial complimentary consultation is conducted to assess the project and its needs. An agreement is drawn up and signed. A monetary deposit is required to begin work. Work usually begins right away with concepts being established. Once all concepts are ready they are shown to the client for approval. Once approval is obtained technical drawings and documents are completed. Specifications for materials, fixtures and furnishings are prepared. A job scope is finalized.
Based upon the client's requiremements, the design package may be submitted to several contractors and vendors for competitve bidding. Project Management may also be provided.
If necessary and/or required, the design team may endeavor to obtain approvals from official institutions. In addition, the design team may coordinate with engineers for appropriate structural and electrical calculations.
