I prefer to work out of my home and have all the necessary equipment for research, posting and recording.

I require a minimal upfront payment of 10% as good faith to be released before I will start posting content and to cover the research fees. I then will submit paperwork on completed tasks every Friday for review and payment to be released by the following Wednesday.
