Work Terms

I have been working virtually for over 6 years and have successfully used the following procedures to support hundreds of clients.

* I must have a signed service agreement & statement of work in place before beginning any work. (Agreement can be cancelled at any time per mutual agreement between myself and contracting party - outstanding payment due must be paid in full)

* I receive payment via check or SafePay.

* Regular communication as necessary to accomplish work is via phone call and email.

* I am available Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm HST.

* I track all hours for hourly projects using Time Shadow professional time tracking software and can provide a detailed report on all work performed.
