I prefer to work off site, and on an hourly basis. I also expect to be paid weekly or every two weeks.
If you do need me to work on-site, I prefer working around traffic times (ex. 7am-3pm, or 9:30am to 3pm), and your offices need to be in the North OC area (Irvine, Costa Mesa, etc.).
