We are open to hourly proposals and fixed bid projects. In the case of hourly payment structure we bill biweekly in most cases and expect payment within 30 days. In a fixed bid project we typically look for 10-20% before starting and then periodic payments throughout the lifecycle of the project with a final payment of 20-30% that is due upon project completion/acceptance.
